Expert advise includes all possible consulting in the design and integration of manufacturer-independent power management solutions. This range from protection against Grid outages over Off-Grid and Mobile Power up to fully Integrated Industrial Power Provisioning with Resilient 24/7/365 availability. Our expertise also covers deployments in regions with severe grid problems. These regions require additional measures in order to protect against local challenges such as but not limited to excessive surges (due to the airline grid including the last mile), heavily distorted and fluctuating mains (due to low quality gensets) or the combination of excessive heat and high humidity levels.

Power Management Solutions and Services
Our Power Management Solutions are the next step after the Expert Advise. This includes systems that protect against simple power outages based upon Battery Backups, optionally backed by Emergency Gensets and/or Solar. They are mostly based upon Victron, Siemens, or Eaton systems, but other manufacturers can optionally also be part of the solution. Typically we provide a combination of Grid protection (against bad grid behavior), Power Availability (upon outage) and Integration with Automation Systems (e.g. PLC, IT, Custom).

Customized Power Solutions
Sometimes integration with legacy systems are required. Often it is not possible to simply connect power solutions to industrial systems such as Siemens PLC’s. For these types of interfacing HPS developed C# and Python libraries enabling us to extract all power related data out of Eaton, Huawei as well as Victron so that a seamless integration with -for instance- Siemens Automation Systems are possible for which we designed Siemens-based Software and/or Web-Hooks which integrate with our libraries. A more advanced possibility is to design customer specific (including PCB manufacturing) equipment that manage very specific processes with cloud-based interconnection. This is especially useful in off-grid systems where on site manual support is difficult or even impossible. Our PCB’s have -by default- special coatings that protect against humidity and/or excessive pollution (e.g. India).
